马亮,男,回族,1988年10月出生于安徽省亳州市。湖南大学理学凝聚态物理博士,现为衡阳师范学院副教授,硕士研究生导师。2015年7月至2018年5月在武汉华星光电技术有限公司工作,主要从事小尺寸液晶显示面板研发工作,设计产品有5.5”RGBW FHD显示屏,5.7HD+(18:9)显示屏(主要供应红米5手机),6.26Notch产品(对应小米系列手机);在司共申请专利48篇,美国专利12篇,中国专利27篇,PCT专利8篇,其中3篇专利已授权。2018年5月至今在衡阳师范学院工作,主讲《电磁学与电动力学》、《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》等课程。
主要从事低维半导体结构制备、新型微纳光电功能器件的研究,包括:(1)低维功能半导体结构材料制备;(2)新型微纳集成光电子功能器件;(3)低维功能半导体器件性能调控。(4)基于嵌入式光电传感器性能提升。(5)神经网络、深度学习和多功能物理场仿真。
